In the past few years research has begun to show us how dieting - in itself - decreases your self-confidence and wears you out mentally. Plus, it sets you up to gain weight. 

There is an alternative:  Intuitive Eating. It is listening to your body's cues about what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat.  Intuitive eating also means paying attention to how you are fueling your body, so you have the wellness and energy you want. And a bonus? You also enjoy the pleasure of food more than ever.
